Manuscripts should be submitted in English by one of the authors of the manuscript through e-mail ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) as a WORD processor (*.doc file). The authors should provide a cover letter including the novelty of their research work. Also, the names, affiliations and email addresses of at least 5 referees which are expert in the proposed field are required.
Authors should suggest at least five referees with the appropriate technical expertise (one of the referees should be from the International Advisory Editorial Board of Journal). Their addresses, homepage addresses, and e-mail addresses should be provided as fully as possible.
All manuscripts are subject to peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. Submissions will be considered by an editor and—if not rejected right away—by peer-reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors.
Papers must be submitted on the understanding that they have not been published elsewhere and are not currently under consideration by another journal publisher. The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that the article's publication has been approved by all the other co-authors. It is also the authors' responsibility to ensure that the articles emanating from a particular institution are submitted with the approval of the necessary institution. It is a condition of submission of a paper that the authors permit editing of the paper for readability.
The authors should be signed the copyright form and send it to the journal office by email after acceptance of their paper.
Corrected proofs must be returned to the publisher within 2-3 days of receipt. Galley proofs in PDF format will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author. No changes in, or additions to, the accepted manuscript will be allowed at this stage. Proofreading is solely the author's responsibility.
PDF files of published papers are available for downloading free of charge from the home page of journal.
